Neetopk Keetopk: My Friends, Your Friends

Sharing the River of Life

Forming Circles of Trust

When the Onondaga decided to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the Two Row Wampum Treaty of 1613, we in the land of the M'heakannuck heard the call, the call to observe this treaty and all treaties.
A treaty is an agreement between two or more sovereign people.
The call is also to remember we are sovereign.
The call is also to remember.
We are people, both indigenous and immigrants to the M'heakanituck Valley, aka Hudson River Valley.
We choose to walk together in healing a world in crisis.
We have begun our journey in 2013 with the Two Row Wampum Treaty Renewal Campaign, known as the Two Row Hudson River
Valley Supporters.
We are respecting each other and all we encounter on Mother Earth, especially those sometimes not considered as sentient, or even living, such as plants, animals, rocks, water, and Terra herself.
